Lagos – Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), the operator of the NNPC/CNL Joint Venture, says it has trained 14 Nigerians in support of the Nigerian Content Human Capacity Development Initiative (NCHCDI).
Mr Esimaje Brikinn, the company General Manager Policy (Government and Public Affairs Department), said the programme was executed in partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

Brikinn in a statement in Lagos said the training in which N300 million had been committed since 2015 was part of CNL efforts to assist in building organisational capability in the oil and gas industry.
According to him, the programme covers training in Earth Science, Reservoir Management as well as Drilling and Completions.
Mr Jeffrey Ewing, the CNL Chairman and Managing Director, was quoted as saying that the collaboration had yielded positive results.
