While another boy added: "He's good, he's my best friend and I play with him."
It comes as his parents released a condition update on the little battler. They said on Facebook: "Bradley is very tired today and hasn't been awake much, you can't see it on this photo but his skin colour is starting to change and he is looking yellow.
"I was hoping he was well enough to do a video to say thank you to everyone who is downloading his song but that's not going to happen today."
Parents have released this picture of Bradley today on Facebook

The parents then went on say how much the song means to them and how: "My babies smile has brought so many people together."
And these people include his little classmates.
Blackhall Colliery head teacher Joanna Clark added: "I am so so proud of them. The children really wanted to show Bradley they care, show Bradley they love him and what a wonderful way to do it."
Head teacher Joanna Clark said she was proud of the children
The charity single in honour of the terminally ill youngster was released today.
A re-working of the classic song Smile, Liv ‘n’ G’s version includes a self-penned verse all about the young boy who has captured the hearts of the whole country.
Sisters Olivia Crawford and Georgia Fletcher are recording the single with all profits going to the Bradley Lowery's fight against neuroblastoma foundation
It includes lyrics like 'smile little superhero, smile may your pain be zero.'
Bradley suffers from Neuroblastoma and just a few weeks ago his family were given the devastating news that he doesn’t have long left to live.
But even through all the pain he’s going through Bradley has never stopped smiling, at big events like Sports Personality of the Year and The Grand National and most recently during a family trip to Scarborough, Chronicle Live reports.
The song at No.21 this morning and has since climbed to 15
Liv ‘n’ G, real names Olivia Crawford and Georgia Fletcher, said that his bravery was the inspiration behind their choice of song in aid of the Bradley Lowery Foundation, and the lyrics for their original verse.
“Every time you see pictures of Bradley on Facebook he’s smiling, even during everything he’s going through; he’s just an amazing little boy,” they told Chronicle Live.

“Smile is the perfect song for him and we’d love it to do well in the charts.
"The support we’ve had for it so far has been brilliant and if everyone who sent Bradley a Christmas card downloaded or streamed it, we might be able to reach that number 1 spot which is what we're hoping for.”

Smile is the second song Liv ‘n’ G have released for Bradley, with their original track Our Superhero (A Christmas Wish) narrowly missing the iTunes top 10 at the end of last year.
Bradley’s headteacher Ms Clark too hopes it will do her young pupil proud in the charts and said he was an inspiration to us all.
“I’m really proud of the children today. They’ve been really affected by what Bradley’s going through,” she commented.
“The class have been together since starting nursery and have formed firm friendships with him. They know how poorly he is but they’re proud to know they’re helping.
“Bradley is such an amazing child. Just a few weeks ago, when he had more strength, he came in and ran straight to the classroom.
“I’ve never seen anyone so excited to be in school! He hasn’t brought just all of us here at the school closer together, he’s united the whole village.
“He’s a huge inspiration.”
