Beauty secrets of rice

Every woman is unique in her own way. But In spite of their individualities, the majority of women face many of the same challenges, which sometimes, do not exclude the way they look and feel. It is the desire of every woman to look at least 10 years younger than her true age. And so from place to place, culture to culture, she keeps searching for beauty secrets that will give her the results that she desires.
For example, rice water is said to have been used for centuries by Asian women to beautify their face, hair and skin. They also take it internally for health benefits.
“For the Yao minority of ethnic women, hair is their most prized possession. The ancient settlement is known across China as the “Long Hair Village” and is even recognised by the Guinness world book of records as the “world’s longest hair village”.
They grow their jet black hair up to 2.1 meters (6.8 feet) long, and manage to keep it looking strong and healthy (and free of greys) well into their old age. Their secret? They wash with fermented rice water. You know, that milky-colored liquid left over from rinsing or boiling rice. It’s been the secret to beautiful hair for these village women as well as imperial princesses in the East since ancient times.”

Rice has astonishing effects in skin rejuvenation that many people are not aware of.

Beauty Benefits Of Rice Water

Skin Beauty

One amazing fact about rice water is that it can be used on all skin types, so you can be sure it won’t provoke any undesirable allergy, especially for those with sensitive skin. It is chemical free and simple to prepare. It helps to soften the skin and improve your complexion. But if you have a very dry skin, you can combine rice water with a few drops healthy oil like coconut or olive, depending on your preference.

Though inexpensive, rice water is an effective beauty tonic for cleansing, toning and brightening. Apply with a cotton bud morning and night. Apply in a circular motion and allow to dry naturally. I can confidently tell you that you can see and feel the result after a single use. It gives you a well-toned powdery look.

Hyperpigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is of a major concern to a lot of people, especially, because it comes with too much melanin on the skin.
